Previously known as the Exemplary New Member Award, the Emerging Leader Award may be given to individuals who have made significant contributions to PACRAO and to the membership in their first years as a member. The Past President solicits nominations from the membership and forwards names to the Executive Board for consideration. The Executive Board decides on the annual recipient(s) to be honored at the annual meeting.
